Allergies and Special diets

How can I tell if my baby is allergic to something?
Sometimes it’s quite easy to tell if your baby has an allergy as they’ll have a very clear reaction. But reactions can also be more general, causing asthma or digestive problems, for example. If you suspect your baby may be allergic to a particular food, ask your GP for advice. Although food allergies are more common in babies and children, the good news is that as they get older, they tend to grow out of them.
